Logistics Overview

The Tytec logistics program use purpose built trailers that can carry up to 24 giant 57" tyres with absolute safety including 63' tyres. The Tytec transporters are dedicated tyre carries, and do not carry other freight, we move only tyres, all in gauge means the costs are reduced, with 24/7 travel without the need for a pilot. These efficiencies yield a positive economic result on a cost per tyre basis. Safety aspects for personnel have been the major consideration during the design phase. Why allow your tyres to be chained when they can be transported in accordance with new tyre manufactures recommendations. Other cost saver has been in the efficiencies in unloading your tyres when we arrive on site, this also frees up your tyre personnel and tyre handling equipment so these people can be concentrating on their real position, looking after your tyres.
